Experienced support where your business needs it most

BEAM offers four connected service areas: senior business support; finance control and reporting; property finance controls; and finance systems with governed workflow support. Start with the work that is creating pressure, then agree a practical next step.

Flexible engagement options

Engage Beam in the way that suits your workload

Choose ongoing support for recurring work, project support for a defined deliverable, or additional capacity during a busy period. The scope, priorities and owners are agreed before work starts.

Start with a bounded diagnostic

Finance support boundaries

For finance systems and workflow work, a bounded diagnostic clarifies the blockage, intended outcome, information path, ownership and review points before any larger pack or pilot. It may conclude that automation is not the right next step.

Beam provides bookkeeping, administrative finance and reporting support. It does not provide regulated accounting, tax, audit or financial-advice services. Clients should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals where required.

Lease-to-Ledger Control Diagnostic

Book a paid diagnostic to map one commercial lease workflow: source data, accountable owners, evidence requirements, approval gates, exceptions and the finance hand-off. You receive a control-gap summary and a measured pilot recommendation.

Control-gap diagnostic

Identify why lease onboarding stalls or creates rework: unclear ownership, incomplete evidence, approval bottlenecks and weak finance hand-offs. The diagnostic defines the accountable path and the measures that matter.

Controlled pilot and ongoing review

Where the workflow and ownership design are approved, REAL-Stack supports a bounded pilot using synthetic or approved redacted records. Beam then reviews exception ageing, evidence completeness and finance hand-off quality.
